The Perfect alternative to a wedding cake for smaller weddings creating a real WOW factor or as a great addition for larger weddings to accompany your stunning wedding cake
We have made it very budget friendly so if you just want a simple cutting cake and treats we have you covered, or if you want a WOW cake and treats we have you covered, if you want to hire the table without treats (as the small crates and back board can be removed), or one of our plinths we have your covered.
This really is a stunning addition to your day, you can pick and mix from lots of lovely baked goods, no additives or colourants, just super fresh and quality ingredients with all our love and attention, freshly baked to order nothing will be frozen, all displayed beautifully in our quality glassware, trays, some items individually displayed in a little bag, together with two exquisite mini birdcages which hold's an 3" cake, all showcased on our incredible bespoke stand, with an impressive wild flower arrangement, which you could also use your own florist flowers which we are happy to display for you, please bare in mind it will require a sufficient amount of flowers. We can truly make this your own we can add models of yourselves, or your fury babies to really personalise this (this is an additional charge).
As an long established proud recommended supplier at the stunning Rivervale Barn, this is one of the venues we are allowed to supply this set up.
The idea behind this, is for this set up to replace your wedding cake stand in a new modern, romantic way, hence the 6" cutting cake but if you decide you want a showstopper wedding cake as well we have an display plinth we can put right beside this set up, or we can replace the 6" with more treats or you can keep it as an additional cake.
Creating an alternative wedding cake experience much more romantic than a stack.
If you have shopped elsewhere for your main wedding cake we cannot offer you this service as this is an exclusive service for our clients.
COMING SOON - you will be able to order a treat bar taster box this will be limited to a standard box which will include two different cakes, you can choose from either vanilla, cookie n cream, biscoff, lemon, orange, strawberry or coffee. Included will be our rich chocolate brownie, vanilla chocolate chip cookie and our chocolate macaron, we are unable to make specific items off the list of goodies you can have on your treat bar due to the fact one it isnt cost effective to make such a small quantity and we would have to pass this cost on which would make the taster box expensive and two some items just won't post well. This will be an non profit making box as per our standard wedding cake taster box, so the price would not come off the final price, this is an additional charge and would be £45.
Bronze- £365.00 this includes any 11 items from the list below, plus hire charge of table, flowers, glass ware, and our stunning Treat Bar Neon sign, a 6" naked cutting cake. You will also get an inventory list so you know what we are expecting back from you when we come and collect all the items, you will also get a menu card to advise what items are available to your guests and allergen advice.
Silver - £525.00 this includes any 20 items from the list below, plus hire charge of table, flowers, glass ware, and our stunning Treat Bar Neon Sign, a 6" naked cutting cake. You will also get an inventory list so you know what we are expecting back from you when we come and collect all the items, you will also get a menu card to advise what items are available to your guests and allergen advice.
Gold - £665.00 this includes any 25 items from the list below, plus hire charge of table, flowers, glass ware and our stunning Treat Bar Neon Sign, together with two times 3" naked cakes and a 6" naked cutting cake. You will also get an inventory list so you know what we are expecting back from you when we come and collect all the items, you will also get a menu card to advise what items are available to your guests and allergen advice.
Fully iced and decorated 6" and 4"cakes are an additional charge for all packages.
For example the BRONZE package, when we say pick 11 items - say you choose 1 blueberry muffin, 1 choc chip muffin, 1 cookie pie, 1 millionaire shortbread, 1 fudge, 1 brownie, 1 flapjack, 1 choc macaron, 1 vanilla macaron, 1 apple pie, 1 bakewell totalling 11 items, what you will receive is 12 medium size muffins, 12 bitesize cookie pie, 12 x millionaire shortbread, 12 x fudge, 12 x brownie, 12 x flapjack, 12 x macaron, 6 x apple pies and 6 x bakewell - giving you a total of 96 items plus your 6" cutting cake.
You dont have to pick one of each item either if you prefer say more cookie pie just let us know in the general information box on the booking form below, and you'll get 24 pieces of that, but you will need to drop one item cause its still got to add up to 11 items for the BRONZE package.
There will be an additional set up and set down charge of £60.00 (this will change depending on how far your venue is from us). We will set up this item for you and come and pack down and collect it from you the following morning.
If you just want to hire our table and plinths just let us know we can offer this service too, there will be a hire charge and a collection charge for this service, this is only open to our clients who book us for their wedding cake.
We will require an holding fee £200 for BRONZE, £300 for SILVER and GOLD £500, which is completely refundable on safe receipt of all our items hired. If any damages or missing items occur a percentage of this holding fee will be held back to cover costs for loss or damage. We will supply an inventory sheet which will be in the left hand draw so you know exactly how many items should be there for us to collect. Obviously if all items are intact you will get the full holding fee back the very day we have collected all the bits. Without an holding fee we are unable to supply you this service. For each item damaged or broken we will deduct £15 from the holding fee.
Just a reminder we do accept all forms of payment including credit cards.
If you wanted gluten free, vegan or egg free cupcakes, this would be an extra cost to any of the packages.
Please note all items on this display are of high quality glass and are fragile so take care that you don't place this set up in busy traffic areas or dance floors.
We do not cater for nut allergies, due to the fact we are unable to guarantee our supply chain, and we do not have a seperate prep kitchen, also our liability insurance wouldn't cover us.
Using the above form for reference, please complete the below, but do check with us beforehand for our availability.
We do require an booking fee of £104, £4 is an handling fee we are charged to use this service, £100 will actually be deducted from your final invoice which we will send out three weeks before your wedding.
On enquiry we will supply you with a unique wedding code, which you will need to complete the form.
Please note we are unable to set up multi selection of a particular item on our order form below, so if you want more than one item please advise what you would like in the general comments, we will always clarify your requirements after your order is placed.
For example to make up the 11 items for Bronze package, but you want to double up on milk chocolate cookies, just click on 10 items including the milk chocolate cookies and in the general box put an extra milk chocolate cookie, this will make up to 11 items.
As this is a new product for us, we will develop more should the market warrant it, so please any questions do not hesitate to ask. If you don't understand anything just ask too.
