Nina is the Owner and the creative drive of Cakes by Nina wedding cakes, who is completely self taught and has always had a passion for making beautiful, attention to detail cakes.

Nina is often referred to as the cake ninja as she takes literally all the stress out of your wedding cake fears from you, from delivery, set-up and design. Nina is often described as enthusiastic and effervescent, some even say quirky!
Nina established Cakes by Nina in 2010 and is proud of winning many industry awards for her incredible creations. Nina has also forged some incredible working relationships in the industry with fellow trademens and women and some incredible venues.

Meet Paul - my husband in crime, also known as the Cake Bitch! Paul works with us part-time and is on-hand to help with open days and fairs, he helps with logistics, sales and marketing and general kitchen support. Paul has a background as an Engineer and is able to help with structural support for more complicated projects. Paul is an excellent communicator and loves to hear and chat about your wedding plans.
Samuel one of my twin boys is our media whizz, used to be our full time baker but now only works part time should the need arise as he has followed his dream into the media field. Most of the photos on this website and our other website have been produced by Samuel. He also used to help and attend wedding fairs and open days.
Angelina , my baby sister, and she really is an angel, she helps as a very casual member of staff should the need arise, she is good at keeping the morale going when we start to get tried. Angie has a long history in Sales and she helps attend fairs and open days. she is a real people pleaser and loves to chat.
