What happens next?
Once you have completed our Contact form, firstly we will let you know if we are available for your date and if you have provided details of your preferred cake style and the number of guests you would like your cake to serve, we will send you our luxury bespoke digital quotation booklet.
Packed with useful information, inspiration and helpful guidance, our quotation booklet is designed to take you through every step of the process, with hyperlinks to easily place your booking fee to secure your date, completing our online order form, from choosing your perfect cake design and flavours to understanding portions, finishing touches and all the little details that make your wedding cake truly bespoke. It also explains the whole process easily detailing on how to move forward should you wish to do so.
We want the process to feel as enjoyable and effortless as possible, giving you everything you need to make informed choices and create a wedding cake that is perfectly personal to you and your wedding day.

How much is it to get booked in?
To secure your wedding cake booking, our booking fee is £100 when paid by bank transfer, or £104 when paid by card, apple pay, PayPal etc via our website.
The additional £4 card payment charge is a third-party payment handling fee and is not retained by Cakes by Nina.
Which ever payment method you choose, the full booking fee is credited against your final wedding cake balance. It is not an additional charge on top of your cake price.
Your remaining balance will then be due approximately 2–3 weeks before your wedding date, to which we will raise an final invoice. When your final invoice is raised, your £100 booking fee will be deducted from the total, leaving only the remaining balance to pay.
