Handcrafted Sugar Flower Art and Caricatures
Sugar flowers are one of my favourite parts of creating a wedding cake. Each flower is individually shaped, coloured and finished by hand, with every petal carefully veined and detailed.
I particularly love creating natural movement through sugar foliage, arranging each steam so that the flowers feel as though they are growing naturally around the cake rather than simply being put in place.
Beautiful Inside and Out
A wedding cake should taste every bit as good as it looks. I use carefully selected ingredients including Callebault Belgian chocolate, real butter, fresh free-range eggs and premium dairy products, and every wedding cake is baked fresh to order rather than frozen, ensuring depth of flavour and perfect texture.

Every wedding cake I create is individually designed and priced according to its size, design, level of decoration and handcrafted detail. Our wedding cake collection starts from £565, with more elaborate designs featuring extensive handcrafted sugar flowers and intricate detailing requiring a greater investment. How far in advance should I book my wedding cake?
It really is never too early to book your wedding cake, it is usual for couples to book once they have organised their venue and their date, 6 - 12 months is the typical lead time for peak periods. We do occasionally have last-minute availability, booking early ensures your date is reserved and allows plenty of time to design your perfect cake.
Do you deliver throughout Surrey?
Yes, I personally deliver and professionally set up wedding cakes throughout Surrey, Hampshire and Berkshire, and I am also happy to travel further afield for the right wedding. Every cake is transported with the utmost care to ensure it arrives safely and is beautifully presented before your guests arrive. Some venues where we are a recommended supplier the delivery charge is free, other venues would be an additional charge.
Can you make allergy-friendly wedding cakes?
Yes, I can offer cakes suitable for a variety of dietary requirements, including gluten-free, vegan and dairy-free options. Unfortunately, I do not accept orders for cakes requiring a nut-free environment, as nuts are used in my kitchen and I cannot guarantee the complete absence of traces. As nut allergies tend to be life-threatening, I would never want to put a customer at risk by making a claim I cannot safely guarantee.
Do you create sugar flowers wedding cakes?
Absolutely, handcrafted sugar flowers are one of my specialities and are individually made by hand to complement your wedding cake. From delicate David Austin roses and peonies to orchids and seasonal blooms, each flower is carefully crafted to create a realistic, elegant finish that lasts long after your wedding day.
Do you work with faux flowers?
Yes. Faux flowers can be a beautiful and practical option, particularly when they need to match your wedding decor perfectly or be kept as a lasting keepsake. Although they are often thought to be a lower-cost alternative, they still require careful preparation using professional food-safe methods before being placed on your cake. I always ensure every arrangement is both safe and beautifully presented.
