We are a friendly,  established 2010,  family-run, business, with business liability insurance and council inspected 5* graded.

 

We pride ourselves on our stunning executed wedding cakes, which truly do taste as great as they look. 

 

We know people's lifes are busy, and planning a wedding can become very overwhelming so we have tried to make the process of choosing a wedding cake as easy as possible, hence we have lots of information on our website, and are unique in that we do disclose prices on each image under our intensive Gallery.

Cakes by Nina Specialises in handmade sugar flowers.

 

We buy most of our ingredients direct from the source and believe in supporting farms and mills direct, we have our organic flour delivered direct from the mill, our eggs are delivered fresh weekly direct from The Goodfella Egg farm, you can really taste the difference, our diary products come direct from various diary farms.  We only use luxury sugar pastes/fondant nothing like cheap supermarket cakes.

 

Every order is baked fresh to order, nothing is frozen, we use Callebaut chocolate and real cream and real butters, our prices reflect these quality ingredients, and where they are sourced from, creating a truly luxury wedding cake.

 

Included in our prices is the many hours required to create your wedding cake.

 

All our decorations are handcrafted by ourselves, with the exception of a few florist flower cakes.

Please note we do have a minimum wedding cake order value, under this minimum value it is classed as an celebration cake and we offer collection only.
