We use: Callebaut Belgian chocolate, Free range eggs, Real butters, Premium diary and finest sugar pastes.
​
We believe in sourcing our organic ingredients direct from the source, ie we get our flour delivered direct from the mill, we get our eggs delivered direct from an happy egg farm and we source our diary products direct from a few diaries.

Every wedding cake is baked fresh to order - never frozen - ensuring depth of flavour and perfect texture.
