A luxury wedding cake must taste as beautiful as it looks and quality ingredients play a huge part, we will not compromise of ingredients.

We use: Callebaut Belgian chocolate, Free range eggs, Real butter, Premium dairy products and the finest sugar paste.
​
We believe in sourcing our organic ingredients direct from the source, ie we get our organic flour delivered direct from the mill, our eggs delivered direct from a happy egg farm and we source our dairy products direct.
​
Every wedding cake is baked fresh to order - never frozen - ensuring depth of flavour and perfect texture.
